About Arithmic Capital
I’ve spent my professional career trying to help small businesses thrive - first as a CPA (inactive license), then as a consultant, later as an operator, and now as an acquirer and long-term steward. Entrepreneurship has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I mowed lawns in high school, flipped tech products in college, launched a financial education site, built and sold an accounting firm, and served as COO & CFO of a $10M/year agency.
Through all of those experiences, I’ve come to see my core gifting as business architecture -the ability to synthesize the three foundational functions of any company (sales/marketing, administration, and operations) so the business can operate with health, clarity, and momentum.
I founded Arithmic Capital with a simple mission: to acquire great small businesses and operate them with integrity, care, and a long-term view that benefits all stakeholders.
Outside of work, I’m happily married to my wife, Brittany. We have two sons - Luke (13) and Tate (10). We love watching and coaching their sports teams, spending time with close friends, and serving together at our local church - The Summit.
